Grace Advocacy
Are you or someone you know struggling with complex problems like securing benefits, maintaining housing, or dealing with overwhelming paperwork? There’s free, compassionate, and confidential help available in Battersea. 🤝GRACE ADVOCACY
What is it?

New Life Church Battersea partners with the registered charity Grace Advocacy to offer a completely free and confidential advocacy service. This service is specifically designed to support adults in the local community who find themselves struggling with problems that affect their stability and wellbeing. We work together to navigate challenging systems and processes.
The sorts of issues we can provide support around include:
- Benefits claims
- Access to social care
- Housing issues
- Paperwork
If you’d like to start a conversation about your situation and whether we can offer assistance, then you have two simple ways to get in touch:
- Come to our drop-in session on a Thursday morning (9.30-11.30am) at New Life Church Battersea. This is a chance to have a relaxed, initial conversation with one of our team and arrange a follow-up appointment if required.
- Or message/call our dedicated team at battersea@graceadvocacy.org or call 07349 269880.
All our advocates and volunteers are dedicated Christians. They are motivated by God’s love and grace for them to extend that same love and grace to others in need. They receive professional training, ongoing support, and resources from Grace Advocacy, and strictly adhere to its comprehensive policies, procedures, and management framework to ensure a high standard of care.
Please note, as we are a small, part-time team committed to providing quality support, there may occasionally be a slight delay before we are able to get back to you. We appreciate your patience.
